The Universal Pad will maintain a constant 14 C (58 F) for up to 3 hours and does not rely on evaporative cooling to function. Activation is accomplished by placing the Universal Pad into a fridge, freezer, ice water or in any environment below 14 C (58 F) for 25-30 minutes. The Pads will turn white from clear when they are recharged. The Universal Pad is great for cooling targeted areas of the body with a comfortably cold pad.
