TechNiche TECHKEWL Phase Change Cooling Neck Band is designed to help keep you cool when traditional evaporative cooling products can t. Wetting not required while using our Cooling Neck Band because it delivers a constant temperature for up to 3 hours. Phase change cooling products do not rely on evaporation for cooling; they are non-toxic and non-flammable. COOL PAX phase change inserts maintain a constant 14 C (58 F) regardless of ambient temperatures and are not affected by conditions such as humidity or temperature; they are designed to maintain a constant temperature without the need for evaporation to sustain cooling. Simply placing in a fridge, freezer or cooler with ice water will recharge phase change inserts as will any environment below 14 C (58 F).
