Outstanding performer in pipeline construction. These wheels are specially formulated and reinforced for grinding joint welds between passes in pipeline construction and pipe fabrication. They do not contain iron, sulfur or chlorine (Fe, S, Cl) and will not contaminate stainless steel. 3/32" Thick: Thin for fast and free cutting and grooving; can also be used for cutting sheet metal ; Typical Applications. Metal fabrication. Petrochemical maintenance. All-weld grinding. Shipbuilding. Foundry - notching and removing gates and risers. Pipeline - root pass grinding, pipe bevelling and repair. Construction - masonry/concrete fabrication.
